Return and Refund Policy

Akravi guarantees the quality as well as the freshness of its products and offers you a money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the purchase. Results of the supplement may vary from person to person depending upon various factors such as the body metabolism, responding rate of the body, age, and other health parameters as the individual body may differ from one another. In case you feel that Akravi  supplement is not working well on your body or as per the desired results then need not worry and one can return the remaining supplement back to us.

Return Procedures:

If you wish to return your order kindly go through the following terms and conditions:

  1. Make sure that you inform our team about the purchase you want to return the remaining supplement as you are not satisfied with the purchase. Our team Executive will call you and will get in touch with you within 24 hr where you need to tell the reason for the return. For connecting you can simply go to the website and we will get in touch with you.
  2. At the same time, one has to address the concern on support@akravi.com along with the Order Id and registered phone number or email id.

The company is not responsible for the courier service for the product that you are sending back, also not responsible for any delay in delivery.

Note: We do not accept any return all of the sudden without prior notice.

We have set standard protocols for processing refunds and returns.

Terms :

  1. To avail of the refund service of the returned bottle, the item should be in the same condition as given by us at the time of delivery.
  2. Package opened, sealed open, or tempered will not be eligible for the refund.
  3. Damaged product will not be returned back, the item should be in its original state.
  4. It is the duty of the customer to mention complete billing address details along with the proper pin code, contact details, on the label while returning the purchased order.

Also, Akravi will only accept products that are improperly handled damaged/torn-out boxes, missing labels, or instructions and will be sent back to the buyer. The returned product should be in the original box that was sent at the time of order placed. Inflatable does not come under warranty/guarantee and can not be returned or refunded. If you have any further queries in this regard please get in touch with our customer care agents.

We will not bear the cost of the shipment for returns needs to be borne by the buyer himself, If there is any damage to the product while receiving the supplement from our end then it is important for the buyer to contact our team immediately and inform the customer service agents about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided.

Refund Procedures:

The amount of money that is needed to refund will be returned to your bank account even if you have applied for Cash on delivery at the time of placing the order. A refund process generally takes 45 working days from the time of refund approval.

The entire status of the Refund procedure is informed to the customer via proper email. In case the buyer has placed the order and cancels the order after 24 hrs then the customer has to bear a 15% cut as a shipment fee; the same applies to prepaid orders.

We serve the right to deny any customer a refund or exchange of products under the circumstances as explained under the Return Policy. In places where the order is difficult to ship or reach we might cancel that order.

Akravi reserves the right, to refuse/cancel/deny any order for any reason.

Akravi reserves the right to ask for proof of identification of the customer at the time of delivery. Failure to this the same can lead to the cancellation of the order. Lastly, In case of any gift items, the customer making the transaction online is required to provide his/her proof of identification.
